Infinite Asset Maintenance was really great for the recent maintence I needed done at my house, I will certainly be recommending this company to anyone I can. I love good old fashioned customer service and this company has it all. Loved it!!

$225 is essentially the call out fee. The things listed as inclusions in the service are not completed. So you get the gist of where this is going. They did a quick test and diagnosed as a leak.A few days later received a quote for $799 to repair said leak. Invoice says you can save 10% by paying with crypto, seriously.Booked in the repair. This was then pushed back due to a scheduling error on their end.Unfortunately when they did attend for the repair appointment, they quickly realised that they did not have the necessary equipment to repair the leak. Not sure what the initial $225 appointment was for in that case.After a lot of wasted time, the last guy attends for the second attempt repair appointment. To be fair, he was lovely.Took roughly 1.5 hours.The repair involved adding a sealant to the system to plug up the pinhole and regas.They charged us an extra $140 on the day.The technician did guarantee that the repair should hold out longer than the unit (which is only 4 years old) which seems quite lofty an estimate.Total cost for sealant and regas $1164 plus processing fees.I would recommend looking elsewhere due to the inflated cost and time-wasting. If you wade through all of the suspect 5 star reviews to find genuine reviews for this company you will see a similar story.

ACSIS provided an excellent service from start to finish. Scott came round to assess our house and came up with some options I hadn't thought of which we took on board. The price was competitive with only a small deposit required upfront. The team of installers were impressive. Well organised, hard working with a positive banter going throughout the day. I would happily recommend ACSIS for your ducted air conditioning needs.

They installed 3 Air Conditioning units for my mother at great price and an extremely neat job. Before the technician James" left he noticed the rollers on the sliding door weren't working properly and replaced/installed them for free and cleaned out filter on existing Air-Con. Can't rate them enough."

I wish I could give a better rating, I really do. But getting charged > $150 for a 5 minute quote is just not good form or good practice.

Terry the business owner was pleasant to deal with and responded with appropriate time for quotes and further quotes when I wanted a few options to pick from. Both occasions “diagnosis appointment “ and “repair appointment” the same employees came to my property, Blair and Ash: they were prompt, professional clean and tidy up after themselves-excellent thankyou. Blair also was very good spending time to explain the system to me which was very considerate. Also the company had a system in place to text you just prior to their arrival and I actually really appreciated that. Price wise I didn’t compare really, but I think it was fair what I paid for the job I needed doing. Definitely recommend this company.
