The warranty service I recived today was great. Called the Bunbury branch in the morning and 4 hours later the faulty wall mounted tablet was replaced at my place.Thanks the Airforce team at Bunbury and Advantage Air in Perth office. Great customer service.

The installer (Jonno) was very efficient and professional. He estimated 4 hours for installation (big job for one person), and he was right to the minute. Thankfully, the work was completed before the most recent bad weather closed in. Well done to all Airforce staff! It’s been good to batten down the hatches this past week with our new unit—and heat. I don’t know why we waited so long to do this.

Waited almost 7 weeks to repair our evap aircon, their 3rd party contractor finally came to fix it (and was surprised i had waitied so long). He did it fairly quickly, only required a burnt out capacitor. AAS charged 3 times for the capacitor what I could buy it for, plus travel and work plus call out. Very disappointing service.

Excellent crew to deal with, kept in contact the whole time, responded quickly to any questions, Jonno came out and was lovely to deal with and he knew what he was talking about not just selling a product. The install crew were all very polite, careful and cleaned up everything after. Price was far cheaper than similar systems from other suppliers.Would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They installed the system in our Bridgetown house in about 6 hours.

The best quote by far on replacing my old evaporative air conditioning system with a new evaporative system. Installed just before the crazy summer heat and after nearly three months of use its performed excellently.
