Leon provided an efficient and professional service and was friendly to deal with. He came when he said he would and even helped me put together the dog bath he was installing which he didn’t have to do! He also ordered me an affordable tap which saved me time and money, highly recommend.

Leon has been great to deal with. He was very prompt to come and look at what we wanted done, the quotes were sent to us that evening. He very quickly provided an updated quote when we changed something we wanted to change. He suggested a cheaper tapware option to what we had chosen. We were kept up to date how long the tapware would take to arrive, and we were contacted when it arrived to arrange installation. The work was done very quickly and professionally.

I called Leon at the very end of the working day (4:30 PM) with a damaged gas pipe.Leon went above & beyond to come out immediately and inspect. As parts weren’t accessible at this time, he shuffled things around to be there at 7am the following day so there was hot water again.Outstanding professionalism, service and commitment!Thank you very much Leon!
