Terry the business owner was pleasant to deal with and responded with appropriate time for quotes and further quotes when I wanted a few options to pick from. Both occasions “diagnosis appointment “ and “repair appointment” the same employees came to my property, Blair and Ash: they were prompt, professional clean and tidy up after themselves-excellent thankyou. Blair also was very good spending time to explain the system to me which was very considerate. Also the company had a system in place to text you just prior to their arrival and I actually really appreciated that. Price wise I didn’t compare really, but I think it was fair what I paid for the job I needed doing. Definitely recommend this company.

They lied to me about about the A/C circuit board tripping out my power. Forced me to pay $1000 to get it fixed. Was completely unnecessary. Ripped me off and won't refund my money!
